A Qatar based Oil and Gas Services Company with an excellent work environment needs self- motivated, energetic, ambitious, hardworking personnel for the following position

Sr. Representative – Branding & Marketing

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Strengthens Brand Awareness: Help build, strengthen, and amplify an organization’s brand awareness to all audiences, including customers, business partners, employees, vendors, and communities.

• Ensures consistency and standards in message across all channels: The Brand Manager working with cross functional teams establishes and articulates the organization’s brand promise and ensures that all communications consistently reflect that promise.

• Observes and analyses market trends and stays in touch with competitor activity and industry best practices.

• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness & competition ventures.

• Further the brand image of Group as a leading supplier with Customers and Principals (Current & Potential)

• Within the Oil & Gas industry (specifically with our current / potential Customers) in Qatar & GCC (Kuwait, Oman). Specific scope to be defined (Products & Services vs Customers).

• With OEMS (current principal companies that we work with / potential principals). This scope should be clearly defined (Company names / Products / Services / Geography etc.,

• KPI’s:

• Website activity: Metrics include the number of visits, sessions, session duration, average time spent on a page, behavior flow, bounce rate, and so on.

• Advertisement click through rate: A comparison of the number of times an ad is shown (impressions) to the number of times it is clicked on.

• Email performance: Measuring deliverability, open rate and click rate of newsletters, company updates to Customers & Principals.

• Social mentions: A broad metric that covers the total number of times the brand is actively mentioned on various social media channels.

• Share of voice: Share of paid advertising in a competitive space, organic search term volumes etc.

• Number of leads that reach our website (through a bot or form). (KPI: Traffic to Leads)

• New Customers acquired through SM campaigns. (KPI: Leads to Customers)

• Sales Volume generated through SM campaigns.

• Further the Employer Brand by providing visibility to our jobs in geographies where we would like to attract talent from.

• Number of Candidates who have applied from different geographies. (Applications per year / per position)

• Number of Job searches landing on Company Job page /LinkedIn page/FB page etc.,

• Marketing Budget Management- Projections of costs, approvals and utilization.- For the group and then subsidiaries broken down.

Branding:

• Creating a CI manual, circulating, educating, and implementing it across the group.

• Façade and general appearance of all company premises. Boards , flags, pictures, posters etc in the premises.-

Standardization.

• Sales/ product brochures- print and digital: Designing, updating and implementing for each subsidiary.

• Website – design/ appearance and updates- for all subsidiaries.

• Exhibitions and webinars- CI implementation and standardization

Skills & Competencies:

• Very good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

• Very good interpersonal, consulting and presentation skills.

• Strong fundamental knowledge in the related field.

• Independent problem-solving abilities and out of the box thinking.

• Ability to adhere to deadlines from start to finish.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills

• Must be under family sponsorship.

• Job location will be in Wukair

Experience:

• Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in the related job function
